With her more than 25 years of investor relations (IR) experience, primarily in healthcare, Angie McCabe joined Premier in July 2021 to lead the company’s IR efforts. In her role, she is responsible for the development and execution of Premier’s IR strategy, acts as a liaison between the financial community and the company, and leads the company’s ESG communications efforts. McCabe holds an Investor Relations Charter™ and served on the National Investor Relations Institute’s Board of Directors from 2013-2017.

As the President and CEO, Michael J. Alkire oversees all corporate business units and sets the long-term strategy for Premier. With integrated data and analytics, collaboratives, supply chain solutions, consulting and other services, Alkire leads Premier to play a critical role in the healthcare industry, collaborating with members and other customers to co-develop long-term innovations that improve care delivery and patient outcomes. Under Alkire’s leadership, Premier has been recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere® Institute, one of the 200 Best Run Companies by Inc. Magazine and as a Top Company of Charlotte by LinkedIn.

As the President of Performance Services, Leigh Anderson has overall responsibility for Premier’s Performance Services segment, including Premier’s technology and services platform, PINC AI™; Premier’s direct-to-employer business, Contigo Health^®; and the automated invoicing and e-payables business, Remitra™.

As Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, David A. Hargraves leads Premier’s core supply chain business, including sourcing, contract management, operations and business analytics. In his role, he also provides executive leadership for the Premier S2S business.

With nearly 30 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion, Joe Machicote is responsible for Premier’s overall diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging strategy. During his career, he has had responsibility for all aspects of human resources and organizational development, including creating high-performing teams, cultural development, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, rewards and recognition, talent management, employee relations, learning and development, and talent acquisition. Machicote has been recognized by Diversity & Leadership, Inc. as a Top 100 Diversity Officer and by Diversity First as a 2021 DEI Influencer.

As Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Premier, Craig McKasson is responsible for Premier's financial affairs including strategic financial planning, internal and external financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial operations, tax compliance and planning, treasury services and investor relations. He also oversees Premier’s insurance management services division.

Andy Brailo is the Chief Customer Officer for Premier. Brailo leads the acute and non-acute field and sales teams, Premier’s sponsor programs, commercial operations, Nexera consulting and co-management functions, as well as the stockd^® e-commerce and alternate site business. Brailo is focused on helping Premier members achieve both quality and cost imperatives through the integration of Premier’s end-to-end supply chain, quality and operational solutions.

As a member of Premier’s Investor Relations team, Ben Krasinski serves as a liaison between Premier and the investment community. He is responsible for supporting Premier’s investor relations efforts, including building and maintaining relationships with investors and sell-side equity research analysts, as well as communicating Premier’s strategy, goals, operational and financial performance, and ESG practices. Krasinksi has been with Premier for nearly 10 years, which includes supporting the company’s corporate development efforts prior to joining the IR team.
